Brief:

A logo design to represent Anna Peacock Photography.

Communication challenge:

To create a design that complemented the intimate nuances often found in the core of Anna’s work whilst elevating her status as a professional photographer.

Solution:

A minimal but warm design that quietly accompanies her photographs often shot on film; analogue intimacy.

Below are the annotated drafts of the design process. The design focused on utilising Anna Peacock’s initials and combining it with deconstructed elements of the camera. The design started to really click into place once the idea of the film roll canister manifested itself in the overlapping combination of the A and P initials.
